When a node is down in mapr cluster hoe much time it is going to take to replicate the data to other nodes, I know it depends on so many things but still a rough figure to see how fast mapr is....

By default it is one hour if data has 2 more active copies. If it gets down to only 1 active copy, then re-replication is immediate. The one hour default can be changed as well using maprcli config command

If you mean "Speed of re-replication" and not "when does re-replication kick in", speed is about as fast as your network links. If you have 10GigE links, and enough disk drives (eg, 12 or more) then it is about 800 MB/s.
