About login Authentication

0	I have register a account in Mapr.com. It alway show me "Authentication Failure:Incorrect Username or Password" in the login page(https://hostname:8443). Why? I wish someone can help me.Thank you. login authentication asked 20 Feb, 22:29 cennavi 25●1●10 accept rate: 0%

Your mapr.com account has nothing to do with the account used to access the product UI (the MapR Control System, or MCS). To access MCS, enter the username and password of a valid Linux user. (If you can run "su" on the MCS node and use those credentials, you should be fine).
